When you use our website certain information may be displayed to other users who are either running the competition you are participating in or are within the club you are a member of. This information is only shared so that the recipients of that information may perform their duties as managers of your club, team, or competition and these individuals must perform their duties according to all applicable laws, rules, and other restrictions imposed by their government, association, sport, club, and any other applicable governing body. This information includes:

- Your CMP, USAS, NRA ID and Classification
- Your Team(s) and Organization(s)

Where appropriate, and only by your opting to do so, some of this information may be sent to a governing body such as NRA, CMP, or USA Shooting.
If we are acquired by or merged with another company, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the information we have collected from you to the acquiring company.
We may also disclose the information we collect from you in order to comply with the law, a judicial proceeding, court order, or other legal process, such as in response to a subpoena. That said, we will also take a stand to protect your (American) Second Amendment rights and your privacy.
